Leadership Coach
Pat Coleman LLC offers two coaching models for women:
1. Executive Coaching
This level of coaching is for leaders or leadership teams who are at the top of an organization. The higher the rung on the career ladder, the fewer peers there are to whom an executive can turn for support or feedback.
The adage, “It’s lonely at the top” certainly applies here. My executive coaching program is the support “rung” for the executive. I’ll support them with workplace challenges and opportunities.
2. Development and Success Coaching
This individualized coaching program helps women succeed in current and future leadership assignments and opportunities. I help develop the rising leader get to the next level in her career and/or strengthen their skills to become more visible to stakeholders. I also identify areas of improvement that have potentially held them back and work with them to enhance success.
