She embeds directly alongside leadership teams as an accountable executive partner, not an outside advisor, helping organizations scale efficiently, strengthen their internal infrastructure, and navigate change without the cost of a full-time C-suite hire.
She served multiple terms on the board of Greater St. Louis, Inc., National Council for Mental Health Wellbeing, and as a trustee of Fontbonne University, bringing the same commitment to governance and strategic counsel that she offers her private clients.
