As President & CEO of Behavioral Health Response, Pat tripled the organization’s revenue, expanded services across 11 states, and secured multi-million-dollar funding all while sustaining the operational discipline and financial stability that complex organizations demand. Her experience spans strategic planning, people leadership, risk management, and enterprise-wide transformation.

Pat is the founder of Pat Coleman LLC, a firm providing fractional CHRO and COO services to organizations navigating growth, complexity, or leadership transitions. She served multiple terms on the board of Greater St. Louis, Inc., National Council for Mental Health Wellbeing, and as a trustee of Fontbonne University, bringing the same commitment to governance and strategic counsel that she offers her private clients.
